At Moto Trekkin we are known for looking after people. For doing the right thing and going the extra mile when we need to – the good old fashioned way it used to be. You’ll be pleased to know that same good old philosophy is still alive, and it lived abundantly in our new workshop operations. You can expect us to care for your motorcycle as if it was our own. The job will be done once and it will be done right and they’ll be no bill shock when you collect your motorcycle post service.
Not only will you notice a refreshing change in service and attitude, but there is also a difference in the way we approach our service business model. For example, we have introduced a Moto Trekkin membership card that allows you to purchase either a gold, silver or bronze level of membership.
Each card has a corresponding discount and status level attached to it which also includes priority for servicing. For example, if you purchase the gold VIP card, you will enjoy priority scheduling, less wait times and a 20% discount off all Moto Trekkin services and goods.

Your membership benefits do more than just save you money. For example a gold card holder receives priority scheduling for serving waiting no more than 5 business days for the commencement of a service when booked. A silver membership card holder waits no more than 10 business days for the commencement of a service from time of booking.
