INFORMATION RECOMMENDATION

Please ensure you have requested a copy of the full event information kit which outlines inclusions and pricing. Familiarise yourself with meal and other inclusions as this could differ from previous events. Every event is different with different levels of inclusions.

PRE REGISTRATION

If you’re a previous participant of a Ridge Rider event you were offered the ability to pre-register for this event. If you did pre register you received an email containing a unique ID. To receive your pre-registration credit, enter your Unique ID contained in the pre registration confirmation email. If you did pre-register and don’t have your UID, you will not be able to claim your credit.

BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT

Please be aware that your deposit payment is non-refundable. If you cancel your participation in this event within six months of the event start, your deposit will be forfeited and no credit provided.

Full details of our cancellation policy are included within the Event Terms and Conditions, which will be presented to you as part of the event registration process. We encourage you to take the time to read and understand event terms and conditions when presented later during the registration process.

PREPARE BEFORE YOU BEGIN

As part of the event registration process, you will need the following information. We recommend you have this information available prior to commencing your registration:

-If you pre registered, your Unique ID from your confirmation email
-Personal health and next of kin details
-Health fund name and membership number
-Medicare Number and position on your card
-Details of ambulance cover if separate to health fund
-The expiry date of your licence and motorcycle registration
-Your Motorcycle tyre sizes (don’t guess must be accurate)
-Fuel capacity and range of your motorcycle
-A Visa or MasterCard to complete your payment
-Minimum deposit is $990.00 plus bank merchant fees.

DON’T LEAVE BLANK SPACES ANYWHERE ON THE REGISTRATION FORMS

The information fields on the following pages need to be completed correctly, otherwise you will receive processing errors, or the payment process will not appear. If this happens to you, go back and check you haven’t missed a field or inadvertently entered any information in the incorrect format. If you have technical difficulties, our phone number is at the bottom of each information page. You can call us anytime – even after hours if you’re having any technical issues.

DECLINED PAYMENTS

Please ensure you have the available funds before you commence entering your information. If your payment fails you could lose the information you have entered and you will need to start again.

WHY WE REQUIRE THIS INFORMATION

In order to meet our duty of care, insurance requirements and to ensure your safety during this event, we are obligated to obtain specific personal health and other information from you. If you have an accident or a health incident of any kind on route, our paramedics need to be aware of any medications, allergies or health conditions you live with. It could be critical to your care in an emergency situation. All the information you provide to us is kept in the strictest confidence and is only accessed by senior management with a valid reason, and our senior medical staff prior to, and during the event.
If you do not provide the information we require, you will not be able to complete your registration for this event.

YOUR SAFETY

We need to be sure you have the the required riding experience, appropriate riding and safety equipment, the physical capacity and endurance, along with the mental toughness required enjoy this adventure.

Fitting is a free service provided if your tyres are ordered through Moto Trekkin and provided you remove and replace your wheels at the time of fitting. We do offer a wheel removal and replacement service for $50 per wheel which includes free tyre fitting.
