Welcome to the New Zealand South Island 2026 (NZSI2026) registration page!

You're about to secure your place on one of the most unique and spectacular off-road motorcycle adventures available anywhere in the world.

The South Island of New Zealand offers an extraordinary combination of breathtaking scenery, remote landscapes, world-class adventure riding routes, and unforgettable experiences. Whether you're a New Zealand rider looking to explore your own backyard in a new way, or simply seeking the ultimate motorcycle adventure, NZSI2026 delivers an experience unlike any other.

In true Moto Trekkin fashion, we've spent months planning, scouting, and verifying the most achievable, exciting, and scenic routes available throughout the South Island. During this process, we've circumnavigated the island multiple times and travelled extensively across the region to create a truly exceptional motorcycle adventure.

The result is six unforgettable days of premium adventure riding, combining some of the finest sealed and unsealed roads and trails New Zealand has to offer. We've also ensured there is sufficient time each day for you to explore local attractions, enjoy the hospitality of the regions we visit, and take in the incredible scenery.

NZSI2026 is limited to the first fifty successful registrations. Participant numbers are restricted by the availability of hire motorcycles. During registration, you will select your preferred motorcycle, which will be included in the pricing displayed at the completion of your registration.

ACCOMMODATION

Camping is not available on this event. Accommodation options are limited to:
Shared accommodation
Private accommodation

PAYMENT

We offer two payment options:

Option 1 - Payright
An interest-free payment plan available over a range of repayment terms, subject to Payright approval and eligibility requirements.

Option 2 - Full Payment
Pay the full event cost at the time of registration.

COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION

Completing your registration should take approximately 15 minutes and can be completed using a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.

INFORMATION PACK RECOMMENDATION

If you have not already done so, we strongly recommend requesting and reviewing the full Event Information Pack before commencing registration.

The Information Pack outlines event pricing, inclusions, accommodation arrangements, meal provisions, motorcycle hire details, and other important information. Please familiarise yourself with all inclusions and event requirements before proceeding, as NZSI2026 differs in format and inclusions from some previous Moto Trekkin events.

BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT

Please be aware that, due to the nature of this event and the requirement for Moto Trekkin to secure and pay for accommodation, motorcycle hire, support services, and other event components in advance, all payments are non-refundable if you change your mind or your personal circumstances change.

If you are uncertain about your future availability or commitments, please do not proceed with your booking until you are confident you can attend..

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the Event Terms and Conditions carefully when they are presented to you. To ensure fairness and consistency for all participants, Moto Trekkin administers all events strictly in accordance with the Event Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to invest the time necessary to understand how this event will operate and your responsibilities as a participant.

PREPARE BEFORE YOU BEGIN

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide the following information. We recommend having these details available before you begin:

-Passport details (if applicable)
-Details of any medications you currently take
-Personal medical information and emergency contact details
-Health insurance provider and membership details (if applicable)
-Any additional emergency medical or rescue cover information
-Driver licence number and expiry date
-A Visa or MasterCard to complete payment
-Minimum deposit: One-third (1/3) of your total event cost.

All required information fields must be completed correctly throughout the registration process. Incomplete fields or incorrectly formatted information may cause processing errors or prevent payment options from displaying correctly.

Contact us using the phone number displayed at the bottom of each registration page. Our team is available to assist with technical issues, including outside standard business hours where possible.

DECLINED PAYMENTS

Please ensure sufficient funds or available credit are available before commencing registration.

Declined transactions may result in your registration session being reset, requiring information to be entered again.

WHY WE REQUIRE THIS INFORMATION

To meet our duty of care obligations, insurance requirements, and participant safety responsibilities, Moto Trekkin is required to collect specific personal, medical, and emergency contact information.

In the event of an accident, injury, or medical incident during the event, our medical personnel and emergency services may need immediate access to information regarding:

-Current medications
-Allergies
-Existing medical conditions
-Emergency contact details

Providing accurate information may be critical to your care and wellbeing.

All information supplied is treated as strictly confidential and is only accessible to authorised senior management personnel and approved medical providers when required for legitimate operational, medical, or safety purposes. If this information is not provided, you will be unable to complete your registration.

YOUR SAFETY

We need to ensure that all participants possess the riding experience, appropriate safety equipment, physical fitness, endurance, and mental resilience required to safely participate in this adventure. Please answer all registration questions honestly and accurately. Doing so helps us assess your suitability for the event and contributes to a safer and more enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
